Processed expertly and under the strictest hygiene environment and with No Added Colours, our raw boneless ham is seasoned with Salt, Bay Leaves, Garlic and the finest herbs. It is cold-cured by smoking using Beechwood chips for 4-6 hours, till the outside turns almost blackish.
