Made with the freshest coarsely ground pork meat, our Pork Cured Chorizo is seasoned to perfection with Mustard, Garlic, Black Pepper and Chilli Powder – which gives the chorizo its distinct red colour. The chorizo is hung to cure and dry in a dehumidifier for 4-6 weeks or until they harden into easily sliceable sausages. Having strong bold flavours and firm texture, Cured Chorizo is ready to eat as-is. Sliced or chopped up as a cold appetizer, it is particularly a favourite with evening drinks. Additionally, you can pan-fry gently and enjoy as a Spanish ‘tapas’-style dish. Perfect when added to omelettes, soups, casseroles or pastas. Relish Spain on a platter!
