Lightly score the Pork Frankfurter Hot Dogs diagonally at ¾ - 1inch intervals—set aside
In a skillet or wok, heat the oil on medium flame— lightly fry the onions—stir in the celery, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, tomato ketch- up, vinegar, water & salt to taste
Cover & let simmer for 15-20 mins
Now add the Pork Frankfurter Hot Dogs to the sauce—cook gently for another 15 mins
Take the already split Hot Dog buns & lightly toast
Slather on some Mustard to the toasted buns & fill with the Barbequed Pork Frankfurter Hot Dogs
Serve hot with Homemade Pickle Relish or any variety of sides
On medium heat, bring to boil in a saucepan the vinegar, coriander seeds & mustard seeds
Cook & reduce to half consistency or until syrupy
Take off the heat & stir in the remainder ingredients well
Season with salt & even some freshly cracked black pepper
Cover & refrigerate about 1 hour before serving
